Ayurveda is a conventional Indian system of medication that has been practiced for hundreds of years. The phrase Ayurveda is derived from the Sanskrit phrases “ayur” (life) and “veda” (information). It’s a holistic system of medication that takes under consideration the entire individual, together with the thoughts, physique, and spirit.
Ayurveda relies on the idea that well being is a stability of three doshas: vata, pitta, and kapha. Vata is the dosha related to air and house, pitta is the dosha related to hearth and water, and kapha is the dosha related to earth and water. When the doshas are in stability, an individual is wholesome. When the doshas are out of stability, an individual can develop illness.
