Attending to the Cerulean Coast in Elden Ring entails a journey by Limgrave, Liurnia of the Lakes, and the Raya Lucaria Academy. Ranging from the Church of Elleh, head northeast in the direction of the Stormveil Fortress. After overcoming the fort’s challenges, proceed east to achieve Liurnia of the Lakes.
As soon as in Liurnia, comply with the highway north till you attain the Raya Lucaria Academy. Enter the academy and navigate by its intricate halls and courtyards.
